1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and perawin ("perawin", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://perawin.one and any associated mobile applications. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any perawin service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the perawin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the perawin platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to the perawin platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

perawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to have been opened by an ineligible person will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use perawin's paid gaming services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), perawin is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Accepted verification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as the UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and passport. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. perawin will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorized by you. You must notify perawin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

perawin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available channels may vary and are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20.

All transactions on the perawin platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currency may be subject to currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. perawin aims to process withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the platform FAQ. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and Philippine banking hours. perawin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. perawin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

perawin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply:

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the perawin platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics subject to independent audit. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game information and perawin's records, perawin's server-side logs shall be the authoritative record.

perawin does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game. In the event of a technical failure during an active game round, perawin will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the round accordingly. If reconstruction is not possible, wagers on incomplete rounds will be refunded to the player's account balance.

All content on the perawin platform — including but not limited to the perawin brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of perawin or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of perawin.

9. Responsible Gaming

perawin is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools accessible through the account settings dashboard. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek assistance.

Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from opening or using a perawin account. perawin reserves the right to verify the age of any player at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. For full details, refer to the perawin Responsible Gaming Policy.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

perawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; at the player's own request; or as required by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority. Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not subject to forfeiture), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of all applicable checks.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, perawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. perawin's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. perawin makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any game outcome, promotional material, or platform feature.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the perawin platform shall first be submitted to perawin's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate jurisdiction under Philippine law. Players may also lodge complaints with PAGCOR regarding regulatory matters.

13. Amendments to These Terms

perawin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
